Shipping and Delivery

Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within [15–20 working days]. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, customs or events beyond our control do not make us liable.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.

Deliveries may require an OTP or signature. Once the courier records a delivery to your address, the order is treated as delivered. If the package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse it or note this with the courier, and write to us immediately.

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the customer's responsibility. If an international order is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, no refund will be issued.
