When you browse this website or place an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Returns & Exchange Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. Our Pieces

Most EARTHAMENTS pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in form, texture, finish and stone are part of each piece's character, not a defect. Product images are photographed with care, but colour and finish may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Dimensions and weights listed are approximate.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after full payment is received and we send you a confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order in the case of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot fulfil it. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within [24 hours] of placing it by writing to info@earthaments.co.in. Because production begins soon after confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has started.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within [15–20 working days]. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, customs or events beyond our control do not make us liable.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided.

Deliveries may require an OTP or signature. Once the courier records a delivery to your address, the order is treated as delivered. If the package looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse it or note this with the courier, and write to us immediately.

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes and local charges are the customer's responsibility. If an international order is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, no refund will be issued.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

These are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. In short, we exchange pieces only when a wrong or damaged product is delivered and reported within 48 hours with the required evidence. Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be made.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concern about your order or payment, you agree to contact us first at info@earthaments.co.in and give us a fair chance to resolve it through the process in these terms.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card network or UPI provider without first contacting us, or after an order has been delivered as described, we will contest it. To do so, we may share with your bank or payment provider any relevant records, including invoices, order confirmations, courier tracking and proof of delivery, OTP or signature confirmation, packing records, your acceptance of these terms, and all our communication with you.

If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, you agree to repay the disputed amount along with any bank or payment gateway fees we incurred. We may also decline future orders from you. Where a claim appears to be intentionally false, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.

8. Care and Wear

Silver and brass naturally tarnish over time, which is not considered damage. Damage from misuse, accidents, contact with chemicals, perfume or water, or repairs by third parties is not covered.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, logos and content on this website belong to EARTHAMENTS. They may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used commercially without our written permission. Buying a piece does not transfer any rights to its design.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or courier and supply disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
